Tolkien's secretary writes to Mrs Gould and sends a signature to put into her book.
Notes
Mrs Gould knew Tolkien as she worked with him on matters pertaining to his pension.
They put the wrong address on the envelope, but in those days the Post Office still managed to deliver the mail.
