I present four photos, but only the first two (front flap, front cover and spine of the proof wrapper; and rear flap and rear cover) show the item up for sale. The third and fourth photos shown are from the front flap of the published version of the first edition dust-wrapper, in order to demonstrate the differences. The proof dust-wrapper does not have a printed price at the upper right of the front flap (compare with the $1.95 price on the shown published wrapper), and the proof dust-wrapper does not have the printing code "1167" at the lower left of the front flap, as seem in the photo from the published wrapper.
