Condition: Please see my images. Internally a very clean copy printed on slightly toned wartime economy paper. Frontispiece good. The recto endpapers with a contemporary biro ownership inscription, and a slightly later pricing in biro too in the upper-right margin - it was also priced in pencil at the centre, since erased but pencilled so hard that it has impressed on the following blanks and is almost on-apparent on the half-title; minor and stable split at the tail of the gutter; odd small speckle. Verso endpaper without inscriptions or split, odd small speckle. Green-stained top-edge faded. Text still in situ but with a little movement and the spine weakened. The cloth binding intact but with some fading, scuffs and wear, small bumps, etc, particularly at the joints; the front board has a little ink stain.
