Notes - 2 x Maps present and in lovely condition, slight discolouration to page block edges, but page block itself is good. Spine cover has some sunfade. Lord of the Rings front page has some slight discolouration (see penultimate pic). Gold tree to front board has been scuffed on bottom corner.

Original slipcase is present and untorn, but very tatty
