All of them were bought as they came out. Here there are two pics of the page with all this kind of info. I hope they will answer all your questions. Btw, I am assuming your questions are about the blue editions. They are books 1 and 4. ISBN ending in 6 and 9.

As much as I love collecting Tolkien's works, I am equally passionate about collecting George R. R. Martin's works. I figured some of you guys might be interested in meeting other fellow GRRM collectors and as such, I have created a group specifically for that purpose;

A new venue for all rare books aficionados to meet, discuss, and share our passion for all works by the modern day literary god, George RR Martin is open!

George RR Martin Rarities

This is the very first Facebook group solely dedicated to sharing news, buying, selling, and trading of rare books by George RR Martin and everyone is welcome to join. We already have several of the most established and well-respected rare books super-collectors amonst our ranks including Rebecca Dornsife, Pat Robinson, Yegor Malinovskii, and Kris Webster!

Emulating the much venerated Stephen King Rare Editions group by Kris Webster, our Group will focus solely on collecting rare books including 1) limited & lettered editions, 2) 1sts, 3) signed, 4) proofs/Arcs, and 5) original illustration artworks featured on GRRM's works.

An all new up-to-date compilation of wish list/sales list is also available in the group, so if you are looking for a book to complete your matching set or have rare books for sale, please join the group!

Folio Society's edition of A Game of Thrones looks to be stunning. And they're going to do the entire series. Though I'm curious if that will extend to A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Fire & Blood, and any other Westeros-related books that may come out.

The Folio Society edition IS really stunning! The color changing of the cloth looks very noble. I would love to see a new LotR/H/Sil in this style..

The FS's Tolkien editions really are starting to look a little tired. It would, indeed, be great to see a Tolkien "reboot" & for them to release new editions of his main work.

I say "main work" and editions, plural. What I meant to say was: I'd like to see a new FS edition of The Silmarillion....

The FS Editions looked tired when they came out. Unlike Easton press, Folio is capable of producing nicely designed books -- I think the Tolkien ones just arrived at a bad time for them stylistically. No interest in ASOIAF whatsoever (so haven't paid attention to these), but the Folio Dune a couple of years ago was lovely.
