Slightly better view of the 1st TH and Poems and Stories. Both have the original tissue wrapping paper, though it is torn on TH. I've had the Poems and Stories since new (Circa 1985), but only bought The Hobbit a couple of years ago. Old English Exodus seems to be somewhat uncommon without Library stamps. Edit: Added LoTR - prior pic as I'm lazy

I have always found the Poems and Stories edition very appealing. I am sure most copies have torn tissue paper.

I'm wondering how many of the very finest private Tolkien collections in the world who are owned by people on this forum - so much great stuff here. Remy I quite enjoyed those swedish and polish hobbits too.

garm I never seen this one! Amazing
Is it the reprint only of the essay (pp. 168-170 of English Studies) or does it include something else in addition to those three pages? Is it annotated or signed by JRRT?

Love the Swedish Hobbit. That's one of the few Hobbits left that I would really quite like to own. Probably not in the current market, though!
