Hello to everyone that will read this so late. I'd like to tell you, as i ordered the 60th boxset last week, that they came in 18-17-17-9 but all printed and bound in Italy by Lego. I don't know when they started reprinting in Europe again!!!??♂️
That's interesting -thanks for the information. Hopefully they remain in European production (though maybe we are seeing some supply chain diversification).
I'm still on the hunt for a 2006 UT and Sil LEGO printing. Anyone know if those are still in print? Wonder if its too much wishful thinking to hope that they would also get moved back to LEGO.
I found my 1st print LEGO in 2021 at very attractive prices so you just have to be patient to find old prints And from memory, LEGO printed quite late (a least until the 10th print, if I'm not mistaken).
Copies of S of assumed later impressions are... quite commonly listed on eBay. Are you meaning you're looking for first impressions of these?
I'm not necessarily looking for a 1st printing. I'm mainly interested in getting a LEGO printing, since my 60th anniversary LoTR LEGO prints are my favorite reading copies.
