Yes, I see that - but do the individual WM Books have different heights?

Sorry I was editing my previous response to be clearer…

Yes my WM books have inconsistent heights. The Two Towers is slightly taller.

The actors were signing this print at Comic-con, which is the same design as the one volume paperback. They appear to be limited to 1000 prints, so will probably be available on eBay soon.

The new US Del Rey mass market paperback LOTR books are out. These have the now familiar Rings of Power TV series tie-in covers.

Of note is that the Del Rey covers use a lettering style more similar to the UK HarperCollins trade books. And of course the size difference of the mass market set compared to both US William Morrow and UK HarperCollins trade sets (see the 3rd image…from left to right: HarperCollins, William Morrow, Del Rey.)

Finally, these Del Rey paperbacks have been issued as first printings (due to new ISBNs)…see the 4th image of the FOTR copyright page.

The new 2022 US William Morrow single volume Lord of the Rings paperback can now be found at some retailers in the US. This has the associated Amazon Rings of Power TV series cover.

The HC edition is smaller in size than the WM edition and the spines are different too.
Same thickness, but while WM is a 1st print HC is based on the 2005 text and is a 67th print.

I would like to know if the HC three-volume edition is based on the 2005 text as well (like the one-volume edition), or if it contains the reset text first seen in the 2021 Tolkien illustrated editions? Furthermore: Does the WM edition contain the new reset text (e. g. not indented "Dear Frodo," at the beginning of Gandalf's letter in Bree)? If it does not, is there any paperback edition featuring the new reset text?
Thanks in advance!

I added some photos below of the single volume HC paperback LOTR and the three volume HC paperback LOTR…with copyright pages. Looks like the three volume is based off of 2014 text.

More images below of the WM edition including the copyright page and a segment of text of Gandalf’s letter…Dear Frodo is indented.

Continuing with more images below which show the recently released three volume Del Rey paperbacks…Dear Frodo is NOT indented.

Hope all this helps…

I notice the Brazilian TV tie-in seems to have corrected the final letter in the ring inscription. Has the English one changed it too?
Also, have they made this change in App B? "1409 The Witch-king of Angmar invades [Arnor>]Arthedain."

None of my US and UK TV tie-in paperback releases have the corrected the final letter. (My copies include the single volume WM and HC, and the three volume WM, HC and Del Rey releases.)

Also, and all have “1409 The Witch-king of Angmar invades Arnor.”
