I got a decent 1957 ninth imp for £600 last week, it was buy it now for £1250 but the dealer did an offer while I was searching and it was in my watch list so I saw it straight away. (I guess he bought it much cheaper a while back and wanted a quick sale)

Well done, that is a great price in today's market.

Thank you, I've had success with a few £X00 'buy it now' auctions before and previous biggest discount was about £250, I put a watch on things I like just in case, you never know
