Did not see this in this thread so adding it: English, A Literary Foundation Course (George Allen & Unwin, 1975) by R.S. Fowler and A.J.B. Dick contains an extract of Mount Doom (LotR, Book VI, chapter III). I’ve a hardcover copy but it (probably) lacks the dustjacket.
