Thanks to the info from Huan about a new Collectors edition Hobbit, I went to Waterstones today and bought one.

The copy that I have is the 15th Impression which matches the size of the 2022 Lord of the Rings editions.

Nice. I emailed my Waterstones and explained... they said they didn't have one but might go into the store tomorrow and see for myself!

Be nice if they did a Silmarillion in this design, keep your eyes peeled in Waterstones. 😉

I think I’d donate a kidney for this set if it all of a sudden had a matching Silmarillion to go with it, since it is by far my favorite of Tolkien’s works.

That is difficult as it looks like it is the 15th Impression and above that are the smaller size, you may get an earlier printing instead.
