Trotter is referencing book grading terms, not intrinsic consumer value with his comment here I believe. I agree with him, that is definitely poor condition, not acceptable.

Very true. I'd have found the money to "Buy it Now" if it was "Acceptable". Still, I'll be shocked if it doesn't sell. Just not many of those around, in any condition.

I don't like the eBay category 'acceptable' for listings, it seems to mean that the book may still have most of its pages, a better definition would be "Very Poor"
