Late to the party (just finished the chapter “Of Maeglin”), but although this version is really good, the parts that I can’t hardly endure is this. He’s botching the “dh” sound in names, specifically Maedhros and Aredhel so far. It takes me completely out of it. With Maedhros, I think he got it right a few times, but mispronounced Aredhel every single time. That’s been my only complaint at this point.
