That link worked for me? You could pick issue 20 or 21. I didn't try to actually purchase either, so maybe the issue comes when at that point?

I didn't try to purchase. The link was just broken at the time. The parent page said you can buy vol 20 or pre-order vol 21, so that's I guess why 21 is listed there now.

For whatever it's worth, the link worked for me - I selected Volume 20 from the drop down options, purchased, and received an email confirmation of the purchase.

I have just received my copy of TS XX in the mail today. I don't know if I received mine early because I have an article in there. In any event they physically exist and are or will be shipping soon. I don't know what this means for online access via Muse or elsewhere.
