I’ve amended the original article to include 3 additional UK versions I added to my collection.

I was interested that the ninth one (JRR TOLKIEN on spine) has a “This paperback edition” date of 2020 with a number 73 (image 1 below).

But the newer tenth one (TOLKIEN on spine) has a “Published by HarperCollins Publishers” date of 2011 with number 77 (image 2 below).

Why would the date on the newer book be earlier?
