I forgot to report back on this last week. Firstly thank you to Éarendel for spotting the details on this, and especially to Olorin who sorted out the book in England and sent it on to me. My copy of this was stolen and as prices rose I never replaced it. Being a nifty saver I decided that I would wait for HC to reprint it, possibly in the standard hardcover series. When this came up I thought it was worth a punt, fully expecting it would be the paperback entered into their system incorrectly. I have supported Oxfam a lot over the years so while I am slightly saddened for them not seeing the value, I am happy for me.

What arrived was a first edition in lovely shape. I owe Olorin and Earendil a beer!
