The Complete Guide to Middle-Earth deluxe Edition - Availability

Im trying to source a copy of this edition of the Complete Guide to Middle-Earth (link below).
Its proving harder than imagined to find a new copy, from a reputable source.
The TolkienGuide link above gives a couple of eBay links which link through to an Australian distributor (Im based in the UK), but the feedback for those sellers is awful with customers citing orders never received after months of waiting and money taken so ruling those out.
The usual suspects of Blackwells, Harper Collins, Amazon are all saying out of stock with no due sate that they will get any more in.
Has anyone ever purchased from AbeBooks? If anyone has is it a reliable seller? UK based but seems to source the book from CitiRetail which I cant find directly.
Hadn't imagined this one would be so difficult to find and would appreciate it if someone knows of a possible seller or if the above AbeBooks is reliable enough.
