Yes, as northman says there is no US equivalent to this volume with Roger Garland cover art. The first U.S. TFtPR was published in 2008 with Alan Lee cover art.
Yes, the cover is a dragon. I like it :) I didn't realize there was so much time between the UK and US prints. That does make a difference!
