Low demand, so few printed. We know early HoMe hardbacks were only selling a handful of copies a year at this point. I doubt UT was selling a huge amount more.
Worth noting that copy was Variant 4, with the HarperCollins sticker. Second one of those I have now seen (both unclipped).
Those two that just sold from the same seller have been up for months. Strange that people feel the need to jump on them once mentioned here. FWIW, I paid £50 for the unclipped copy earlier this week (and about £30 for the UH stickered copy).
