Seems to be close to what they have been selling for recently. One sold in September for the same price (boards were in better condition). Maybe the condition of this one would bring it down some.
Overpriced for the condition, but these don't show up all that often. This is a 2nd state which is less common than the 1st. But I wouldn't put this in the wonder category because the asking price is not out of the realm of possibility of someone paying it IMO and there is precedent for buyers paying this amount.
I wouldn't pay it as the condition is very poor, but it is genuinely scarce item. Definitely right on the line of being a wonder/interesting.
