While awaiting Hammond's new edition of the Descriptive Bibliography, and Deagol's update of TolkienBooks.net, some may perhaps be interested in checking the Index: Writings by J.R.R. Tolkien (mostly referencing already available bibliographies) on the wiki Tolkien Gateway.
It's naturally not very reliable (I'm not intending to start a discussion on the reliability of wikis) or complete, but for what it's worth it may be useful to get an overview of especially newly published material (post-2007).
