Since the Calendar Guide went live four weeks ago, I have (as time permits) been adding monthly illustrations to many entries therein. There has been no particular reason for those. I simply scroll through, see one that interests me, and shoot it if it does not have the monthly illos in the photo gallery. If there is a particular calendar that does not yet have the monthlies that you would like to see, comment here or email me. Have also been re-photographing some of the older issues and uploading those. Those were photographed MANY years ago (>30) and the quality was not good.
In any case, hope that these interest you. Enjoy!

I would be interested in seeing all the monthly illustrations from the Beyond Bree calendars if possible?

Hey LTG -
I have most but not all of the BB issues. I will post what I do have! Thanks for asking. I have a little project while the games are on. !-)
Parm
p.s. - Just looked at the BB entries. Everything that I have through 2016 is there. I’ll start on 2017 and work my way forward.

Many thanks Parm. Looking forward to seeing these pictures!
You’re welcome! My pleasure as I get to take a close look at calendars that I have not reviewed in a while. 2017 and 2018 are up!
Among MANY items, there is a 1975 Tolkien Calendar Ballantine edition published in Canada up for bid in the ongoing Tolkien Society auction here:

It does not include the mailer which was often discarded after opening … except by me. !-)

Well, I knew that it would happen when this Guide was created. Warrior of Rohan and Urulókë created entries in the Calendar Guide for issues that I have not seen before. Now my FOHMO (Fear of Having Missed Out) is raging. !-)
The 2019 Heins reminds me of the 2001 Middle-earth Fellowship Travel Calendar. They have many of the same monthly themes.
The 2020 Tolkien Trail is similar to the 2005 Discover England’s Two Towers. Both show many of the same sites that inspired JRRT.
HaPpY NeW YeAr to all!

2026 issues are coming in. Nine have been added so far. That is far less than the record 21 created in 2006. Go explore.
As always, please let us know of any issues not catalogued herein. Thag you very buch!

Added the monthly illustrations to 2002 ShirePost calendar. ShirePost was the brain child of Tom Maringer. At one point, members of the group could correspond with each other through the post office that he created. They would add postage (stamps printed by Tom), send their correspondence to him, and he would put a Shire postmark cancellation on the stamp, and forward it. You can see an example in his 2006 Yule calendar that included a Presentation Envelope. (The two variants held Shire coins that he minted.) Have also been annotating random calendar monthly illos in their photo galleries. This should allow you to search for all illos of Gandalf, for example.
Thanks Parmastahir! I took the liberty to edit your post just to add links to the calendars you mentioned.
