I didn't know this one existed as Harper Collins! Michael Hague's are my fav illustrations for the Hobbit hehe

Yes, there was a HB issued by HC and a PB issued by Grafton, each of which only got two print runs if memory serves…

Hmmm I have a PB from Unwin (50th anniversary) and a strange hardcover (born as Houghton Mifflin but converted to GA&U...)

And I've see a yellow pb somewhere there...
