Hi, owner of this copy.
As mentioned in the updated ebay listing, the photos came out that way due to not switching camera settings back to manual. Trying to sell a damaged book at that price is ridiculous, and it is possible to ask a seller questions to clear up any perceived issues. I've been sitting on it for a good chunk of time and don't want the stress of possibly losing it between moves, hence the sale.
As for no feedback, I don't use ebay unless I'm buying MTG cards, which is funny because I was originally going to list it with a copy of The One Ring just for something funny. If you have any suggestions on how I can verify the condition of the book, that would be super.

If you look closely at the pictures, you can see some real problems with this copy. The signature page and the page before are covered in stains. Water damage or other humidity related issues, I assume (probably also the real cause of the marks on the slipcase). I'd run away from this copy unless it was very cheap. Also, seller with no feedback.

The apparent water marks on the book are still visible on your second photograph of the limitation page. I do not believe that these are purely camera artefacts as the exact same non-uniform marks appear to be present to varying degrees on different versions of your photography (including the one presumably done with different settings). While it is certainly possible that the stains look much worse on the photograph than real life, I do not personally find it credible that these marks do not exist AT ALL and are a result purely of camera settings, given they can be observed to a greater or lesser degree on multiple photographs. To me, they look like typical tide marks that can be seen on paper that has had water splashed on it.
I guess you could photograph using a different device under good lighting. As potential buyers, we can only go on the photography you provide, and the photos so far appear to show a faulty book.
FWIW, I have two copies of this book and the limitation pages are a crisp and uniform creamy-white. I have never seen one look like the copy you have on eBay, either in person or in photographs. It is going to be incumbent on you to show that there is an issue with the photography, not the book.

I agree with The late Stu here. You could clear all this up by just producing a clean photo of the limitation page. However you need to do that, whether use a different camera or fix the lighting. Otherwise our position (both of us) and others that have commented is probably not going to change.
I would also like to point out that your asking price is probably above market value for these. If anything it is very close to being at the very top end and you're probably not going to garner any interest with the listing as is, (price and shoddy photos)
