One in three say books offer best form of escapism when having a bad day

I think it's the best form of escapism. But when I am having a bad day - I find it harder to concentrate in a book and will find myself most likely consuming some other form of media..

If I do manage to pick up a book and concentrate on it, then 100% agree.

Funny how publishers think books are best. I think gardening or astronomy are better, followed by a good read.
