Hi. I've recently discovered my late grandad has a 1968 Hobbit hardcover published in London by Longmans. I have been trying to find a value or sold price but cannot find any similar listings or any info. All I know is that it is not a common artwork for the book. Can anyone help me? Thanks It's in the reading pleasure series
I'd stick it on eBay (with shipping worldwide). If you make people here aware of the auction, and perhaps on other Tolkien sites also, I would have thought you will get a fair market price for it at auction. I'd probably even throw a bid in myself :)
