My guess and it’s only a guess, is that most Harper Collins books are printed in either Italy or China and perhaps there will be a delay (or amazon think there will be) from those countries?

Italy, China, UK, Spain have all been used in recent times. All places that are likely to have problems. That said, this is a very fluid situation and there probably won't be that many places that are unaffected in the medium term.
