I'm surprised that they aren't available a little cheaper than that in the UK. The pair of them to NZ from BD is only £126 (subject to exchange rate variation on the day). I've not ordered the standard as yet, but I may do.

BD price in the UK is £187 for both, so you are getting a much better deal in NZ. One of the things that annoy me about Book Depository is the real lack of transparency on pricing.

BD price in Norway is almost identical (£183) as the UK price for both. What is NZ doing right?

Trust me, this is very unusual. NZ price is normally substantially more than the UK as BD now has to collect NZ GST (15%). I assume their algorithms are just pricing according to what is getting them sales, and the UK (and Norway) are getting enough sales at the higher price.

Quite right, BD is 13% off the Deluxe price in the UK, 35% off the Deluxe price in NZ

When I pre-ordered the deluxe a few weeks back it was actually slightly cheaper still. Probably just due to exchange rate movement.

The standard edition is NZD 70.79 (£35). Interestingly, the NZ RRP for this title appears to be NZD 100 (£50), not the £60 you would expect based on a direct conversion.
