I noticed that they switched from Rotolito to Graphicom for the third printing of the AI Silmarillion and was hoping the same would be the case for LotR …

Well, thanks to the Harper Collins "50% off" sale, I now have my own copies of the deluxe Hobbit, the deluxe LotR, and the standard hardback LotR.

Those look great together. I also have both the standard and deluxe editions and I do not regret the purchase for one second. It looks really nice together with the rest. Did you have a full photo of your collection in another thread?
