Joining us will be William Fliss and Sarah Schaefer, co-curators of the forthcoming Marquette exhibition "J.R.R. Tolkien - The Art of the Manuscript" where we can chat with them about the exhibition and the broader Marquette collection - what scholars and fans are using it for, the scope of the collection outside of the manuscripts, and how collectors might help.




The zoom link will be posted in the Member's forum on Friday, so if you don't have an account here, now is a good time to set one up. Hope to see many of you there! The conversation will be wide-ranging after our guests have had a chance to chat, so bring your latest acquisitions and/or questions for a few hours of fun.

I am thinking of recording the meeting for sharing later with those who missed it, if the guests all confirm that is ok. More soon.
