That was very, very expensive for a rough 1957.

Yes, I thought so too, which is why I posted it. I paid about half that for mine and it's in way better shape. Prices for Hobbits and LOTR in particular are staying very high.

According to Auctionsniper, I paid USD 177.50 in December 2018. Shows how silly thing are now.
