A brand-new translation of The Hobbit into Armenian is out there. I got a copy on ebay from kilmj, an Armenian seller who often has a variety of international editions of Tolkien's works. It's a beautiful edition and well-made with a cover illustration by an Armenian artist, Harutyun Tumaghyan. ISBN: 978-9939-76-758-1, Antares Publishing, Yerevan. The Armenian title is Հոբիթը and the translator is Nune Torosyan.

Thanks. Haven't seen this. My granfather is armenian and I started to learn this language. Hope someday I'll have that level to read The Hobbit in armenian.
By the way in Armenia there is a place with hobbit houses
