I’ve had a lot of fun collecting these. As you can see I am in need of more bookshelves.
The LOTR 1st editions are impressions 11/8/8
The 2 sets of 2nd editions are all 1st impressions

Thanks to all for the kind words! I am very much enjoying my quest for these books. When I retired (a couple of years ago at 55)
I gave away hundreds of books. I have the space now to collect the ones I want.

It's always great to see pictures of people's collections. That is an amazing number for 7 months, including some hard-to-find items. What are you looking for, but not found yet?

Roccondil I am always on the lookout for Tolkien’s scholarly work. Some of these are difficult to find. Trying to locate them can be fun though because I enjoy the process, and it is satisfying when I find something I was looking for.
