Agreed, this protection is a great addition. This is a beautiful looking set.

Really glad to see them doing this. Many a set needlessly ruined in transit, when all that was needed was a bit of extra packing. I likely won't see mine for years as I'm just ordering them at 50% off from HC and having delivered in the UK to pick up at some vague point in the future, so it is good to know I won't have to ask the in-laws to inspect them for bumps.

They’ve probably had to do this as people have complained about the condition of some on delivery. Well done HC.

Here’s hoping retailers add to that, as well. The mail system can be abusive, and books don’t seem to be classified as ‘fragile’ or ‘handle with care.’
