Correct, it is a 4th printing (and last)

$755 is pretty high for this. I got a mint copy of the 4th impression on eBay last year for about $500.

It's a fantastic edition of LOTR, might be my favorite Tolkien book that I own, although you do need to be careful with the pages, they are so thin I could easily see them ripping if you're not really careful when turning the pages.

Very high for a reprint like this one IMO. Even if this were a 1st print I would still think it's slightly too high. These typically sell in the $300-$600 range depending on printing and condition.
