I've done a bit of digging, and 100% agree with Trotter - the newsletter is intended to be the place where details will be shared with everyone. I recommend signing up for it even if you are not in the UK, I expect they will have some solution for us.

its a pretty safe bet that we are signed up to the newsletter :) the most details so far were released as far as i can see by the Tolkien Society, theres yet to be a single newsletter from the sign up.
I would think that if this were a UK exclusive, that it would not have been advertised on general Tolkien channels. (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) But I digress.

I have contacted the email address listed about Shipping Costs and Countries, as they have not filled that in, though the website states they should be there.
