Sigh... If only I still lived in Europe, I could make a trip specially for this. Stupid Atlantic Ocean and being barred from entering any civilized country due to covid!

They will be making this available to stream via the Internet, you can watch from home from all over the globe.

Oh sure. I guess I’m just pining for an alternate reality 2020 where seeing things in European theaters is still a possibility for me, especially Tolkien works! As is, I barely leave the house...

That's great, you don't need to leave the house but you can watch this

That's good news, I've wanted to see this since it began.

The play appears to be performed in September, but could just be the recording that was made of the performance, at The Undiscovered C.S. Lewis Conference.

Exclusive Screening: J.R.R. Tolkien's Leaf by Niggle
Performed by Richard Medrington, Puppet State Theatre Company (Edinburgh)

Puppet State’s acclaimed solo adaptation of Tolkien’s Leaf by Niggle brings the author’s quietly profound meditation on art, mortality, community and grace to the stage with intimacy and depth. Performed by Richard Medrington and accompanied by an original score from award-winning songwriter Karine Polwart and composer Michael John McCarthy, the production frames Tolkien’s text in-full with personal storytelling that illuminates the story’s enduring significance for artists, scholars and communities. Running time: 75 minutes.

I did get to see this enthralling production. It was totally mesmerizing! As Trotter said the props were wonderful, as was the music.
