Could someone please share the direct e-mail address at Harper Collins they've corresponded with about this issue? I have written three times about my Great Tales set and creasing since the beginning of July and have never heard back aside from an automated reply giving me a new support ticket each time. Going back to issues from two years ago, I never heard back at that time either. Something tells me I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks, both. That's the account I've e-mailed. I'll just keep trying with reasonable delays between e-mails.
If it makes you feel any better, I have emailed them multiple times over the past couple years with no response (except the automated reply). I’ve sent follow up emails as well, with no reply.
I guess you just need to be lucky to get a response from Harper Collins customer service.

From my own experience, it took a few prompts via e-mail but eventually I got a response and from that point onwards HC were very good.
Having opted to return this box-set due to the FOG spine crease issue, it was collected by courier from my home and the funds credited back in good time.
They had also erroneously sent a Fall of Gondolin replacement which they also allowed me to keep.
