Just noting it is from the same seller after a week - could be non-paying bidder. They do have "make an offer" enabled on the new listing.

Sure, can totally still be shown under fair use. Unpublished letters are sold/auctioned fairly regularly and images are provided. At the least, I'd expect part of it to be shown.
