Not being able to attend myself, but was wondering if they issued a book/catalogue for the event, like the Bodleian and BnF did for the exhibitions held there.

The Maker of Middle-earth catalogue was a joint production (though clearly driven by and for the Bodleian exhibition primarily) for both the Bodleian and the Morgan exhibitions. The only indication of this is the short Exhibition Items note on page 410 that indicates which catalogue items were on display at the Bodliean and which were at the Morgan. Both lists in the catalogue are not fully correct due to changes made after the book went to the printers.
