Trotter and myself were discussing estimates of how many copies of the 1968 and 1970 "Pleasure in Reading" Hobbit remain, given that they come up for sale so infrequently. I have suspicion that there might be slightly fewer second impressions than firsts. It appears from this small sample that the number of first and seconds is broadly similar.
Is the picture on your website of your copy or of another one? If it is your copy, then there are two states of the second impression (one with the illustration several mm further to the right. I had assumed that this was a difference between 1st and 2nd, but maybe not?)
