All those triangular groups of three dots in and on the letters are a dead giveaway. In the movies they were placed over "a"s only — because the a-tehta is three dots, get it, clever, eh? That was bad enough. Now they just throw them in anywhere. Ugh.

Forgive me if this has been head-scratched at before, but... what?

It's saying another 200K will pay for a glorified garden shed and a further 200K a treehouse.

Oh, you'll be allowed to have a smoke too. Somewhere.

Ah thanks for the clarification. Thought I might've been having a stroke.

Edit: Also appreciate the careful use of the word "could". They hired a good copywriter.

Again the "could" language that bothers me so much. The implication I hear every time they use that word is "but we don't have any intention to." Perhaps I am reading too much into it.

The front end of their campaign is professional; they hired people who know how to make a good site with action-provoking copy. In my experience in this very line of work, such words are employed to cover for the client's fuzzy promises and to preempt any liability down the line.

There is far too much "could" going on I'm afraid. It is all too loose and as it happens.

tolkienfans over on Reddit are negotiating with the project to do a AMA at some point. Nothing set in stone yet but I will let this group know when and if it happens.

Thanks go to u/PurelySC for letting me know this.

Hopefully they don't just ignore the questions they don't want to answer...
