I am guessing these are not new maps, but reprints of the maps they had been making for years.
The Beyond Bree "List of Tolkienalia" shows
Beleriand (Riddett coloured) First published by A&U 1973 Unwin Paperbacks version - 1978 Wilderland (Riddett coloured) A&U, 1979 (two maps on one poster - Thror's Map and Wilderland)

I think I bought it on eBay for about £5 years ago, it is one of my favourite catalogue as I really like all the items in the catalogue.
