If we are allowing speculation on this thread (for Halloween), I'd say a Hobbit in the same style as the recent red LoTR (but green) would not be unlikely, given how well it has sold.
Throw in some additional half-complete Tolkien art to supplement the fantastic art already in the book, and HC has a financial winner...

This seems relatively a possibility following the last LotR but everything has been going a little in all directions for several years in terms of releases and "quality"(with good and very average stuff)Stu wrote:

To sort that problem, HC could maybe consider doing-away with the book bit altogether? Like, a standing order or direct debit style arrangement. Just take my money & skip all the wasteful book production aspect. Surely an idea worth considering.

I think the next deluxe should be a Super Deluxe. But instead of selling them though their own Tolkien.co.uk website, poorly; they should get Trotter to organise things. He'd get them shifted.
