You should definitely be able to find some info on here with a search. At least two other members on here have a copy. There were 30 made and distributed to people involved in the production of the 50th anniversary edition. It is rebound 2004 deluxe. Lovely looking book -- and that the Author Illustrated edition should have more looked like, IMHO.
I have to say this is the first time I see one for sale. A very desirable book, it feels a bit like a 'non public' super deluxe version of the 2004 deluxe edition.
Some more pictures of this edition in this post.

I've never seen one come up for sale either, so no idea on price.
A great example of a Tolkien item that is actually rare!

The same seller is currently selling an unnumbered CoH super-deluxe:
Oddly, neither of these Tolkien items appear under their listings profile (at least, I don't see them):
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?item=2 ... 1.l161211&_ssn=editorking
I also can't get this LOTR to pop up with any search terms on eBay. The Late Stu, do you mind sharing how you stumbled upon this listing?

It is a UK seller, try ebay.co.uk with the same search, they don't post to the US.

Yes as Trotter says, if you’re in the US, UK sellers who don’t specifically state they are willing to ship overseas won’t show up in your search results.
You’d have had to go to UK eBay to find these.
