Maybe something to do with signatures: e.g., whether the edition has a facsimile signature, or whether it is a signed limited edition? And where the signature is located, e.g. title page, plate, frontispiece?

Which (whether there is a frontispiece) might also be an additional field, and whether it is in color or not?

And similarly, something for noting distinctive (e.g. illustrated) endpapers?

Just some thoughts.

Might also be interesting to differentiate the flat signed versus signed on bookplates (especially for editions which are issued as signed editions)

Could also consider:
Spine details
Back Cover details
Board details - specifically colour

Is it worth considering a relative impression i.e the actual impression order, as some books have the wrong impression or start a different order. I’m particularly thinking of the Death of Smaug paperbacks.
