Both the A&U and HM were printed in the USA (presumably by the same printer, though the name of the printer isn't stated). I'd imagine the jackets use identical inks, paper, etc.

HMCO printed 4,000 copies...I remember reading somewhere (or hearing at a talk) that GA&U printed 2,500. Not 100% on that, I'll try and remember where I found or heard that information.
Yeah, I'd be interested if you find a reliable source. I've seen talk of 2,000 -- but no source.
