Are there really only 13/1500 known copies as per their description, or is that figure out of date? Regardless, that's crazy money.

I'm not sure where the 1,500 total comes from. I've never seen a stated total anywhere. The 13 is a misstatement - that is just the number of that impression that TCG members had (at that time). The real number of extant copies will be much higher (albeit still a fairly small number in the grand scheme of things).

Notice how the “COA” doesn’t even describe the signature it supposedly authenticates accurately (“brown _pencil_”)…

I can find no evidence that Faustino Allenbach or his company exists or ever existed, which would be strange, given the alleged CoA is dated as 2002, well within the time digital trails are normally present. Also, the crumpling of the CoA makes me think it was deliberately damaged to make it look older than it is. Speculation, of course.
