Well I have to say the sale of these special items from Trotters collection was quite the event. To see this many high-end tolkien books in one and the same catalogue was a spectacle. I got my part of the treasure and I hope other TCG'ers did the same. At the same time it is of course sad to see one of the great collections (as plainly it was - that at least was clear from long before the beginning of this sale) get broken up. I hope this does not mean you will be leaving the community Trotter, your expertise, generosity and good mood is greatly appreciated.

Probably one of the most impressive collections I’ve seen go up for sell. Congrats to all the buyers, and I hope everything sells, Trotter.

Following the 50 items from Trotter's collection we offered for sale by catalogue in February, 74 further items from his collection will be offered for sale in a new catalogue.
