Many deluxe editions come with a thin piece of paper with some features of the edition such as illustrations inside the book, added art, slipcase art, binding, paper quality etc. such as these:

Here I have chosen to call them publisher's slips, but feel free to mention if there is a better name for them.
For some time, I have been unsure how to store these. Sometimes I have put them on the side of the book inside the slipcases, but that risks dinging them up anytime you withdraw or insert the book into the slipcase. I have sometimes but them inside the book, but I am unsure if they will degrade in the long-term and impact the book.
After giving it some thought, I got a simple plastic archival folder with multiple slots. I put each slip into a punched pocket and put all belonging to a specific style into the same slot. I did consider a simple binder, but I find it difficult to protect from dust and a bit annoying to transport since things flail about and is open to the elements.

I am not fully satisfied with this solution as if I lose this folder, all of them are gone (although I am not sure how big of a deal they are for the value of the item, nice to have but not always necessary?), but do not really see any alternative to keeping them all in the same place. I think I would have prefered an A5 storage option with punched pockets of the same size. Or perhaps a harder case and just put them all there without individually packaged.
What solutions have you opted for? What benefits and drawbacks have you found with it?
